Terms & Conditions – Tech Assistance Pros
By booking a session with Tech Assistance Pros, you agree to the following:
Services
We provide remote and/or virtual tech support sessions designed to assist with troubleshooting, device setup, and general technology guidance.
Payment
All sessions must be paid in full prior to service. Pricing is listed clearly at the time of booking.
Scheduling & Confirmation
After booking, we will contact you to confirm your appointment time. Your requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your session with at least 12 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once a session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Limitations
We will do our best to resolve your issue; however, not all technical problems can be fixed within a single session.
Liability
Tech Assistance Pros is not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or issues arising from actions taken during or after the session.
